Barack Obama no sólo infunde temor en los norteamericanos y latinoamericanos que pregonan la libertad, sino principalmente en los israelís y los judíos conservadores norteamericanos.

Tradicionalmente los judíos norteamericanos simpatizaron con los demócratas, 80 por ciento votaron por Obama. Desde la época de Franklin D. Roosevelt el Partido Demócrata acogió a los judíos, que en su seno se sintieron libres de los prejuicios europeos, y el partido se mostró favorable con Israel. No obstante, George C. Marshall, Secretario de Estado de Truman, propuso abandonar Israel a merced de los misericordiosos estados árabes.

Opuestamente, el Partido Republicano era visto como enclave de los WASP, aislacionista, y débil en su apoyo a Israel. Sin embargo, fueron los republicanos quienes establecieron la libertad de culto, son los que respaldan la enseñanza del “diseño inteligente” en los colegios, coincidente con el pensamiento judeocristiano, y el GOP es albergue de la mayoría de los cristianos sionistas.

El error conceptual, o la ignorancia, obstruyen la lucidez de muchos judíos que no saben discernir entre sus amigos y enemigos. Por regla general, los judíos se identifican más con las izquierdas que con las derechas, aunque el antisemitismo más venenoso hoy se encuentre en sus huestes.

El odio a los judíos cambia de bando dependiendo de los gobernantes de turno. Hay que entender quiénes son los antisemitas actuales. Sin duda el primer puesto lo ocupan los musulmanes, que además de mostrar sus fauces en el Medio Oriente, lo hacen en Europa, y están comenzando en Latinoamérica de la mano de Hugo Chávez.

Estamos en el preludio de un momento comparable a los primeros días de Hitler. Irán se está preparando para atacar a Israel con bombas nucleares y Barack Obama no piensa hacer nada para evitarlo, dejando a su único aliado en el Medio Oriente a su suerte.

Es en los momentos difíciles cuando se mide a los amigos. No es casualidad que la confianza de los israelís en Obama es casi cero. De todos los países, con el único con el que las relaciones han empeorado desde que asumió la presidencia, es Israel. Su influencia es tal, que el apoyo del pueblo norteamericano a Israel bajó de 71 por ciento a 44. Las consecuencias de este cambio cultural son inéditas e impredecibles. No sabemos si es temporal o perdurará.

En su discurso del 4 de Junio en Cairo, Obama comparó el trato de Israel a los palestinos con el de los Nazis hacia los judíos durante el Holocausto, la alegoría continuó, relacionando el comportamiento de los blancos sureños hacia los negros norteamericanos, y en el mismo discurso le tendió los brazos a Majmud Ajmadineyad. Si Obama no es el Hitler de hoy, es lo más parecido al Führer que ha visto el mundo en los últimos 70 años.

El antisemitismo crece en forma directamente proporcional a la demonización de Israel. El antisemitismo de hoy no está focalizado sino que es global. Es voluntario y no obligatorio, como sucedió en Alemania, donde forzaban a la población a ser cómplices del régimen. El papel publicitario del gobierno fascista hoy lo hacen los medios progresistas.

Obama debe ser juzgado por sus acciones. Detrás de su carismática sonrisa, se encuentra el hombre que llevará al mundo a la oscuridad total, posiblemente a la muerte de millones, y obviamente culpará a Israel y los judíos.
